Welcome to Pigee! By accessing or using our website (www.pigeepost.com), mobile application (“App”), and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Pigee Inc. (“Pigee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully.

Pigee Inc., a Delaware Corporation
1. DEFINITIONS
- 1. “Pigee” refers to Pigee Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA.
- 2. “User” means any individual or entity accessing the Services, including consumers, merchants, e-commerce store operators, shipping agents, plugin users, or batch-upload users.
- 3. “Services” refers to Pigee’s website, mobile applications, APIs, plugins (e.g., Shopify/WooCommerce), batch label tools, and related platforms enabling access to shipping quotes, label generation, shipment orders, pickup scheduling, and support services.
- 4. “Carrier” means any third-party shipping or logistics provider available through Pigee’s platform.
- 5. “Personal Data” has the meaning assigned in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) (“GDPR”).
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
- By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all referenced policies. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
3. SCOPE OF SERVICES
- 1. Nature of Services: Pigee is a technology platform that facilitates: Access to third-party shipping quotes, Label generation and commercial invoices, Shipment order placement, Pickup scheduling with selected carriers, Integration with e-commerce platforms via official plugins.
- 2. Platform Role Disclaimer: Pigee is not a shipping carrier. Pigee does not: Handle or possess goods, Control carrier operations, Provide transport, customs brokerage, or last-mile delivery services.
- 3. Carrier Relationship: Users enter into a direct shipping contract with the Carrier. Pigee acts only as an intermediary and is not liable for carrier actions, pricing changes, delivery issues, or service quality.
- 4. Plugin & Batch Uploads: E-commerce merchants using Shopify/WooCommerce plugins or uploading shipment data in bulk (via CSV/API) are solely responsible for: Installation and integration, Transmission accuracy, Data validity (dimensions, weights, declared values).
4. MARKETPLACE & PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS
- 1. Product Responsibility: Pigee is not a marketplace. It does not: Inspect or warrant any goods, Verify merchant credentials, Involve itself in sales transactions.
- 2. Dispute Disclaimer: Pigee is not responsible for disputes between senders and recipients or between buyers and sellers, including but not limited to: Order fulfillment issues, Product quality or authenticity, Non-payment or refund requests.
5. DATA PRIVACY & GDPR COMPLIANCE
- 1. Processing Basis: Pigee processes Personal Data under lawful bases including consent, contract performance, and legal obligations.
- 2. Usage Purposes: Personal Data may be used for: Shipment coordination, Customs documentation, Compliance checks, Analytics and support.
- 3. User Obligations: Users must: Ensure all submitted data complies with GDPR or relevant privacy law, Obtain all necessary consents for any third-party data submitted via batch uploads or plugins.
- 4. Security & Access Rights: Pigee applies commercially reasonable security standards and supports all GDPR rights, including: Access, correction, and deletion, Portability and objection, Restriction of processing. Contact: privacy@pigeepost.com
- 5. International Transfers: Users consent to the transfer of Personal Data to the United States and other jurisdictions where Pigee or its service providers operate.
6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Users agree to: Use the Services only for lawful purposes, Provide accurate parcel and order data, Maintain secure access to their accounts and payment methods, Comply with all shipping, customs, and export laws.
6A. SHIPMENT ACCURACY, OVERCHARGES, AND ADJUSTMENTS
- 1. Sender Responsibility for Shipment Declarations: Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of all declared shipment data, including: Dimensions and weight, Content description and value, Packaging and handling classifications.
- 2. Overcharge Liability: If the Carrier determines that a shipment was inaccurately declared (e.g., dimensional weight miscalculation), resulting in an increased charge, Pigee will: Automatically debit the User’s wallet, or Charge the stored payment method on file for the difference.
- 3. Authorization to Charge: Users expressly authorize Pigee to initiate payment recovery on behalf of Carriers for all verified post-shipment adjustments.
- 4. Non-Disputability of Carrier Charges: Unless a User provides verified evidence of carrier error, Carrier-imposed adjustments shall be treated as valid and final. Pigee is not responsible for mediating carrier disputes.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- 1. No Warranty: Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- 2. Excluded Damages: Pigee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including: Loss of profits or data, Shipping delays or disruptions, Loss or damage of goods during transit.
- 3. Liability Cap: Pigee’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the User for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
- The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pigee Inc., its officers, affiliates, and employees from all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from: Breach of these Terms, Inaccurate shipment data, Use of plugins or APIs, Disputes related to goods or payments, Legal violations or third-party claims.
9. TERMINATION
- Pigee may suspend or terminate User access without notice if: These Terms are breached, Fraud, abuse, or illegal activity is suspected, The User poses risk to system integrity or other users.
- Termination does not affect accrued payment obligations.
10. MODIFICATIONS
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email and/or a notice on our site. Continued use after the effective date of updates constitutes acceptance.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- 1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
- 2. Arbitration: All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Delaware, unless prohibited by law.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
- These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any integration-specific terms, represent the entire agreement between Pigee Inc. and the User and supersede all prior understandings.
