Is there a membership or subscription fee?

No. Registration and receiving work is free. Pigee earns its margin on the customer's quoted price, so you set the rate your business needs.

When do I get paid for a delivery?

The customer pays Pigee before collection, so the money is secure. Once the delivery is confirmed, your payment is released to your linked Stripe account. No invoicing, no chasing.

Can owner-drivers and small operators join, or only large companies?

Any registered transport business is welcome, from a sole owner-driver to a nationwide operator. Small transporters are selected by the routes and services they actually operate, not by their size.

Do I have to quote on every request?

No. Quote on work that suits you, skip the rest. If you're busy, pause requests from your partner area.

How are requests matched to my company?

We compare each shipment against your collection and delivery countries, your services and the goods you carry. Only matching requests are sent.

Can international forwarders and specialist transporters join?

Yes. The network includes domestic couriers, international forwarders, freight operators and specialist transporters for chilled goods, vehicles and commodities.
