How Carrier Connect works

Connect your courier account once, then ship and manage everything from Pigee.

1. Add your carrier

Choose a courier, enter credentials, and we verify connectivity. Credentials are stored securely.

2. Choose Private or CRN

Private means only you can use your rates. Public means you join CRN and earn commission.

3. Ship with visibility

Create labels, track shipments, and see Wallet entries tagged as commission, funding, reserves, and adjustments.

Protection and confidence rules

CRN is designed like a clearing house: anonymity, settlement controls, and automated dispute handling.

  • Your business identity
  • Your carrier account number
  • Your negotiated discount structure
  • Your shipment history or customer data

Misquotes and extra charges

If a shipper under-declares weight or dimensions, carriers may apply adjustments. The shipper is responsible – not the CRN provider.

  • Dynamic buffers and short-term reserves may apply
  • Adjustments are recovered from the shipper where permitted
  • Abuse triggers limits or suspension to protect providers

Fairness rule

If a shipment is misdeclared, the cost follows the shipper. This keeps the market healthy.

Request a dedicated virtual payment card to pay external carrier invoices using CRN-funded balances.
