These Referral Program Terms & Conditions (“Referral Terms”) govern participation in the Pigee Inc. (“Pigee,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) referral program (“Referral Program”). By participating in the Referral Program, you (“Referrer”) agree to these Referral Terms as well as Pigee’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1.1. The Referral Program is open to all registered Pigee users with an active Pigee Wallet.
1.2. Referrers must be in good standing with no violations of Pigee’s Terms of Service.
1.3. Self-referrals are not eligible.
2.1. Referrers will receive 10% of the net profit generated by any new user (“Referred User”) they introduce to Pigee.
2.2. Rewards are paid directly into the Referrer’s Pigee Wallet.
2.3. Profit is calculated as Pigee’s net earnings after carrier costs, insurance, and applicable fees.
2.4. Rewards accrue only while the Referred User remains active on Pigee.
A Referred User qualifies as “Active” if they:
4.1. Rewards will be credited monthly to the Referrer’s Pigee Wallet.
4.2. Referrers may withdraw or use Wallet funds subject to standard withdrawal rules.
4.3. Pigee reserves the right to withhold or adjust rewards in cases of fraud, misuse, or error.
5.1. Referrers may not engage in spam, misleading marketing, or any practice that violates applicable law.
5.2. Pigee reserves the right to disqualify referrals obtained through prohibited or dishonest means.
5.3. Rewards are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside the Pigee Wallet system.
6.1. Pigee may modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice.
6.2. If terminated, outstanding eligible rewards will still be honored.
These Referral Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Delaware, USA.
