Personal accounts
Ideal for individuals sending parcels to friends, family or the occasional online sale.
Business accounts
Built for shops and online sellers. You get tools to manage listings, chat with customers and arrange shipping at the best rates.
Shipping agent accounts
For couriers and agents who carry parcels for others. These unlock route, capacity and payout features.
Switching account type
Open Account Settings, choose Account Type and follow the prompts. Business and agent accounts may need extra verification before the change applies.
