Pigee Courier free trial, plans and billing explained

Every new courier business on Pigee starts with a free trial, so you can set up your drivers, clients and prices and run real jobs before you pay anything. This guide explains how the Pigee Courier free trial works and what happens when it ends.

What the free trial includes

• 30 days of full access, with up to five drivers.
• International shipping, so you can quote and sell cross-border deliveries with your own commission built in.
• Card payments, so clients and website customers pay by card straight to your bank.
• The live map and routing, to see every rider live and sequence their round.
• The website order widget, to take quotes and bookings on your own site.
• Signature proof of delivery and a branded live tracking page for your customers.

When the trial ends

Your remaining trial days and end date are always shown at the top of the app and in Plan and billing. You will see reminders as the end date approaches. Add a payment card before the trial ends to keep everything running. You are not charged until the trial is over.

How billing works after the trial

Pigee Courier is priced per active driver, per month, so you only pay for the drivers who are actually working. A platform fee also applies to each delivery. The current prices in your currency are shown in Plan and billing. You can add more drivers as you grow and cancel at any time.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a card to start the trial?

No. You can set up and use Pigee Courier during the trial without adding a card.

What counts as an active driver?

A driver who is set up and working in your account during the billing month. Removing drivers you no longer use keeps your bill down.

What happens if I do not add a card?

You need a payment card on file to keep using Pigee Courier after the trial. If you need a little more time to decide, contact Pigee support before your trial ends.
