How Pigee partner payouts work with Stripe Connect
When and how delivery partners get paid, what you need to set up, and why there are no invoices to chase.
Pigee partner payouts are designed so you never chase an invoice. The customer pays Pigee before collection, the money is held while the job is in progress, and your payout is released to your connected Stripe account once the delivery is confirmed.
Set up your payout account
Stripe handles identity and bank checks, so Pigee never sees or stores your bank login.
- Sign in to your partner area.
- Follow the prompt to connect a Stripe account for payouts.
- Follow the Stripe onboarding steps to confirm your business and bank details.
- Once Stripe confirms your account, payouts are enabled.
When payouts are released
Payout is released after the shipment is tracked as delivered and Pigee confirms the delivery. Keeping your job status up to date in your partner area is the quickest way to get paid, because it lets the team confirm delivery without delay.
How pricing works
You quote the rate your business needs. Pigee adds its margin to the price the customer sees, so there is no membership fee and nothing is deducted from the price you agreed.
Frequently asked questions
Which countries can receive payouts?
Payouts currently run through Stripe Connect, so you need a business bank account in a country that Stripe supports. If Stripe is not yet available where you operate, contact the Pigee team before you start quoting.
Do I need to send Pigee an invoice?
No. The payout is created from the accepted quote, so there is nothing to invoice and no debtor days.
Where can I see my payouts?
Your partner area shows completed jobs and payouts, and your Stripe dashboard shows the transfers to your bank.
