Keep your routes, services and specialisms current so every request you receive is one you can actually do, and pause requests when you are fully booked.

What you can change
- Collection and delivery countries and regions.
- Services, such as same-day, express, standard, air, sea or road freight.
- Cargo types and specialisms, from parcels and documents to frozen goods, vehicles, machinery, fine art or dangerous goods.
- Your logo and contact details.
How to update your profile
Changes apply to new requests straight away.
- Sign in to your partner area from the Delivery Partners page.
- Open your company profile.
- Edit your coverage, services or cargo and save.
Pausing requests when you are busy
If you are fully booked, pause requests from your partner area rather than ignoring emails. Resume whenever you have capacity again. Ignoring a request is also fine: you never have to quote on every job.
Be specific for better matches
Listing only the specialisms you are equipped and insured for keeps irrelevant work out of your inbox. For example, only tick temperature-controlled or dangerous goods if you hold the right vehicles and certification.
