How to set up Pigee Courier: your getting started checklist
A step by step walk through the Pigee Courier getting started checklist so your delivery business is ready to take jobs.
Pigee Courier lets you run your delivery business from one screen. When you first sign in, the Get started page shows a checklist that takes you from an empty account to your first job. Each step takes a few minutes, and you can come back to it at any time. This guide explains how to set up Pigee Courier using that checklist.
The eight setup steps
- Choose your country. This sets your currency, whether distances show in miles or kilometres, and how card payments work.
- Add your business details. Your business name and phone number, so clients and drivers know who you are.
- Add your first driver. Pigee emails them a link to set up their account and see their deliveries on their phone.
- Mark where you deliver. Draw your area on the map, or type the postcodes or ZIP codes you cover.
- Set your prices. What you charge for a local delivery. Your quotes and website widget use these prices.
- Invite a client. A business that sends you deliveries. They upload their drops and you get the jobs.
- Set up card payments. So clients and website customers can pay you by card, straight to your bank.
- Get your first job. From a client upload, your website widget, or by adding one by hand on the Jobs page.
Where to find everything afterwards
- Operations: Jobs, New quote and Quotes.
- People: Drivers and Clients.
- Finance: Driver pay, Wallet and Plan and billing.
- Coverage and pricing: Coverage, Pricing and Rate agreements.
- Tools: Website widget, Support and Settings.
