Setting your delivery area and prices in Pigee Courier
Tell Pigee Courier where you deliver and what you charge, so every quote, booking and widget price is accurate.
Your courier delivery area and prices drive everything in Pigee Courier: the quotes you send, the prices on your website widget and the jobs your clients book. Setting them up carefully at the start saves questions later.
Mark where you deliver
Open Coverage and either draw your delivery area on the map or type the postcodes or ZIP codes you cover. You can add several areas if you serve more than one town or city.
Set your local prices
Open Pricing and enter what you charge for a local delivery. Your quotes and website widget use these prices automatically, so a customer sees a consistent price wherever they book.
Handle special jobs
- Use New quote for a one-off job that needs a custom price.
- Use multi-stop services where one job has several drops.
- Use rate agreements to give regular clients their own pricing.
Check your margins
Before you publish your prices, think about fuel, driver pay, the per-delivery platform fee and card fees. A price that looks competitive but leaves no margin will hurt as you grow.
