How to add drivers to Pigee Courier and get them on the road

Drivers are the heart of any delivery business. Pigee Courier makes it simple to add drivers, give them their jobs on their phone and follow every delivery live. This guide explains how to add drivers to Pigee Courier and what they do once they are set up.
Invite a driver
- Open Drivers in the People section.
- Choose to add a driver and enter their name, email and phone number.
- Pigee emails them a link to set up their account.
- Once they accept, they appear in your driver list ready for jobs.
What drivers see
As drivers confirm stops, your live map and the customer tracking page update automatically.
- Their assigned jobs and stops for the day, on any phone browser.
- Updates when a job is added or changed.
- Buttons to confirm each collection and delivery.
- Signature capture for proof of delivery.
Assigning and following jobs
Assign jobs from the Jobs page, then use the live map to see every rider in real time and sequence their round. If plans change, reassign a job to another driver from the same screen.
